My m ost recent sale was for more moving company and auto transport domains that I had. I sold 2 keyword .org domains for $6500 when I paid less than $10 per year for the last 5 years on each. I don’t know how much more I could have gotten for them and to be honest I have my doubts that domains will increase in value more than they have already.

I think we’ll see that other domains will start to make an impression and soon enough no one will care what your domain extension is for most websites. The premium dotcoms will go commercial and we’ll see those grow intro powerhouse businesses that explode with the internet as Web 3.0 approaches.

I have been looking to invest some of my domain profits back into my business and I have been buying dropped names and other domain auctions for undervalued domain bargains. I just bought ZuneHacks.com and Schweppes.org for a steal at low $XX each. The ZuneHacks domain is worth more to me just to tie in with my other Zune projects and should make a nice addition to my collection.

I found that one of the major domain auction sites actually has some deals if you know how to search it and its worth the time to search the bargain bins for domains.

My spam comes to me with unique names I chose for my many online personas and I can tell how a spam originated either by the email address it was sent to or the name they are looking for when they contact me. I have use this domain as an email account provider for years and there a zillion spam messages directed here each year to addresses such as google@thisdomain.com which was used exclusively to setup my Google Ads account so many years ago. Some employees have been spamming that account almost since I created it.

I don’t know what more to do then start using Thunderbird again and run some fuilters to junk it before it reaches my screen. Gmail seems to be having trouble keeping my inbox spam free and many of the emails I get are actually labeled SPAM in the title.

My blog posting has been sporadic and even non existent on a number of my blogs. I had most of my sites up and running on a normal posting schedule but my personal life was suffering. I was writing many of my posts live and not taking advantage of the scheduling features available in Wordpress.

If I had taken better care to plan out my writing I could have made the articles I already wrote last a bit longer and made a more consistent posting pattern. I don;t know if it matters but I would think its better to be regular with the blog posting and content updates. Blogs are supposed to be the latest and greatest or fresh news so why let your blog go stale?

I’m going to write a bunch of articles and then post them out at least a couple weeks in advance so we can try to keep up with the content delivery you have come to expect from us.

What I am trying to offer these artists is the capabilities to bring MySpace, YouTube, Hi-5 and other social networks to their OwnSpace where they can actually market their own musical talents and control their own destiny. What I feel they need is their own website or blog which can be used as a focal point for their MySpace and other social networks to report to with a goal of sending all the traffic from these social networks back to the home page for each respective artist.

It sounds great but pulling it off isn’t very easy. Many of these social networks offer very stick content and getting someone to pull away from MySpace to your blog is tough to keep doing iwthout some unique attention grabbing content to offer. MySpace marketing is a new and difficult field but the potential for 500 million new customers is certainly worth the effort for those of us looking to break a new artist or musician onto the global music scene.
